This recipe can also be easily offered for all sorts of great flavors. Swap out any other fruit and keep the rest of the recipe unchanged and you have a whole new muffin!

How To Make Cake Mix Blueberry Muffins

This recipe yields a dozen muffins. Prep time is five minutes and bake fifteen to twenty minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Blueberries (Fresh works best but frozen can be used)
  • 1 Box Yellow Cake Mix
  • 2 Tbs. All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 2/3 Cup Whole Milk
  • 3 Large Eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract

Add your dry ingredients to a mixing bowl and combine. Then add your remaining ingredients except for your blueberries and mix until creamy.

Gently stir in your blueberries until evenly distributed.

Add your batter to greased cupcake pans (almost to the top) and bake for fifteen to twenty minutes.

Your muffins are done when an inserted toothpick comes out clean.

Cool and then serve and enjoy!

  • Except for blueberries, add remaining ingredients and mix until creamy.

  • Grease muffin pan and fill almost to the top with batter.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes. Muffins are done when inserted toothpick comes out clean.
  • Remove and cool before serving.
