These delicious honey cocoa cereal puff cookies are perfect for kids and children’s parties! They are super easy to make and always are a hit with my kid’s friends.

The cocoa and honey combo is so good and the peanut butter just brings all the flavors together in such a wonderful way.

I’ve made these for about a dozen children’s parties and they always get devoured quick! It makes me so happy when my children’s friends enjoy one of my desserts so this cookie recipe gets trotted out often.

Prep is super fast and all the ingredients are probably in your cupboards already. This is the perfect last minute cookie recipe.

Cocoa Puff Cereal Cookie Ingredients

  • 4 Cups Cocoa Puff Cereal
  • 1 Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Light Corn Syrup
  • 1/4 Cup Organic Honey
  • 12 oz Creamy Peanut Butter

My mother made a very similar recipe to this one when I was a little girl. It was super good and I have super fond memories of munching on these with my brother. But over the years I’ve tweaked it a bit and I think it’s even better now!

They really hit the spot if you have a sweet tooth so don’t think they are for the health conscious treat cravings. But if you are looking to indulge your sweet tooth (or your kids) then this fun and easy peanut butter, honey, and cocoa puff drop cookie is the answer.

First thing is to combine your organic honey, corn syrup, and sugar in a large saucepan.

Stir the contents constantly and bring it to a boil. Once boiling remove from heat.

Add in your creamy peanut butter and stir until blended.

Now just pour in your cocoa puffs and gently stir until evenly distributed in the mixture.

Lay out some wax paper and drop heaping tablespoons on it. Let them cool completely and they are ready to serve!

Cocoa Puff Honey Cookies

  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • ¼ Cup Organic Honey
  • ½ Cup Light Corn Syrup
  • 12 oz Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 4 Cups Cocoa Puff Cereal


  • In large saucepan combine organic honey, sugar, and corn syrup.
  • Stir constantly and bring to a boil. Remove from heat once it reaches a boil.
  • Add in your peanut butter and stir until well blended.
  • Pour in cocoa puffs and gently stir until evenly distributed.
  • Lay out wax paper and drop heaping tablespoons on wax paper for each cookie.
  • Let cool completely and serve!
