Amazing Nutella crepes with strawberry and banana! So rich and delicious, perfect dessert crepe combination.
Ok, so it’s unanimous in my household. This is the best dessert crepe of all time.
This has become a Sunday family tradition when strawberries are in season. These crepes are simply unbelievable.
The strawberry, banana, and cream is already a delicious combo but once you add the Nutella every bite of this sweet crepe is like walking on a cloud.
Making Dessert Crepes With Nutella

We start with a sour cream crepe batter and then simply put all the ingredients together and you may seriously never try another dessert crepe again. It’s seriously that good.
Crepe Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Tbs. Melted Butter
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 1 Cup Sifted Cake Flour (can substitute with all-purpose flour)
- 2 Tbs. Granulated Sugar
- 2 Tbs. Brandy (optional)
- Dash of Salt
Topping/Filling Ingredients
- Fresh Strawberries (halved)
- Ripe Bananas (sliced)
- 2 Cups Heavy Cream or Whipped Topping
Start by preparing your strawberries and bananas. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl add your heavy cream and mix on high until stiff peaks form. Chill in refrigerator until ready to top your crepes.
In a blender or food processor add your crepe ingredients. Process for about thirty seconds.
Scrape down the sides of your blender and then process again for about fifteen seconds.
Spray your crepe pan or skillet with non stick spray.
Heat to medium low. Add about a tablespoon of batter to test. Tilt the pan in a circular manner. Batter should move around freely. Discard test batter.
For each crepe pour enough batter to make a thin layer on the bottom of your pan. Cook the first side until tiny bubbles form. It should take about 1 minute per side.
To flip, lightly scrap around the edges of your crepe with a thin spatula. Then lift your crepe with the spatula until you can grasp it with your fingers (be careful not to burn yourself, crepe will be hot) and flip your crepe.
Cook the second side until the bottom side shows some light brown. Remove and repeat until all batter is used.
Spread Nutella on the inside of each crepe. Add some strawberry and banana on the Nutella and fold crepe.
Add some cream to the top or inside of each crepe. You can also add some more strawberry and banana to the top for a pretty presentation.
And that’s all it takes to make these ridiculously tasty crepes!
