When I made these chocolate ghost pepper cookies for my family they flipped! I am never afraid to experiment and my boys absolutely go crazy for spicy food so creating a cookie with ghost pepper spice meant a sure fire winner.
These cookies are not for the traditionalist or feint of heart, and they can pack a real punch but the sweetness really brings it all together in a special way.
They are also super easy to make and other than the ghost pepper spice you probably already have all the ingredients in your pantry.
