Chewy delicious maple no bake cookies! Super easy to make and amazing maple flavor!

If you are a maple lover then this is the perfect no bake cookie for you. It is really easy and quick to whip them up and they are always a crowd pleaser.

This recipe calls for both coconut flakes and nuts but you can leave them out if you want. I really think they add to the flavor though so if you do have them available give them a try!

This recipe also does not need any peanut butter! So if you leave out the nuts, it’s a delicious nut free maple no bake cookie.

Do You Have To Use Pure Maple Syrup?

Yes, I highly recommend using pure maple syrup. I buy local made maple syrup but store bought also works as long as it’s real maple syrup.

How To Make Maple No Bake Cookies

Yield depends on the size your make your cookies. I make them medium sized and it yields a dozen cookies. Total time is only about fifteen minutes.

Ingredients

  • 3 Cups Oats
  • 1 Stick Salted Butter
  • 2 1/2 Cups Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1 Cup Chopped Walnuts (can sub in a different nut or leave them out altogether)
  • 1 Cup Shredded Coconut (optional)

Add your butter and maple syrup to a saucepan and bring it to a boil until it reaches 235 degrees (use a candy thermometer to measure the temperature).

While bringing your syrup mixture to temperature, add your oats, nuts and coconut to a heat safe bowl.

Once your syrup mixture is brought to temperature pour it into your oat mixture. Stir it until it is well combined.

Immediately drop your no bakes onto waxed paper lined sheet and allow them to cool completely before serving.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Cups Oats
  • 1 Stick Salted Butter
  • Cups Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1 Cup Chopped Walnuts Optional
  • 1 Cup Shredded Coconut Optional

Instructions
 

  • Add butter and maple syrup to saucepan and bring to soft ball stage (235 degrees).
  • While syrup mixture is heating add oats, nuts, and coconut to mixing bowl.
  • Once heated, pour maple syrup mixture over oats mixture and stir until well combined.
  • Immediately drop cookies onto wax paper.
  • Cool completely before serving.
