These no bake Raggedy Robin cookies are so good and super easy to make! Me and the boys love whipping together a batch and munching on them during game night.

I’ve been making a version of these since I was a little girl myself and they never fail to hit the spot.

I’m not actually sure why they are called Raggedy Robins but these peanut butter, chocolate, and oat no bakes are just so delicious that doesn’t even bother me!

They make for a perfect simple and sweet family dessert or an awesome dish to pass at any gathering.

Preparing these scrumptious cookies is so quick and easy you are going to love it! All you need is a large saucepan, your mixing spoon, and wax paper and a cooling tray.

Start by putting your granulated sugar, butter, milk, cocoa powder and salt in your saucepan.

Bring it all to a rapid boil. Boil for two minutes and then remove from heat.

Conclusion

I remember a playful argument between my mother and aunt when making these Raggedy Robins when I was a little girl. My mother was insistent that you add the peanut butter before the oats and my aunt was just as sure the oats go before the peanut butter.

It’s a fun memory for me but I honestly have tried it both ways and the cookies turn out amazing either way haha!

Just watch your boil time and don’t over do it. As long as you bring it to a rapid boil for about two minutes your cookies will set and taste delectable.
