No Churn Cinnamon Apple Pie Ice Cream

No Churn Cinnamon Apple Pie Ice Cream

Easy no churn ice cream that tastes just like cinnamon apple pie. Do you love apple pie a la mode? No matter if it’s the end of summer, fall, or any other time of year this recipe is perfect for you!

This recipe is so amazing! It’s creamy, packed with flavor, and no ice cream machine needed.

I really like to make this ice cream when our granny smith tree produces but you can make it year round and get awesome results.

I’ve talked about it before but in case this is your first time here, my family really enjoys homemade ice cream so I make a ton of it.

I always look for easy, no churn ice cream recipes to help speed up the process. I still use my machine but it’s so nice making a recipe like this. Cleanup is quick too so it’s a win win.

The cinnamon, brown sugar, apples and vanilla blend together perfectly for an explosion of apple pie flavor. It’s the perfect ice cream for sitting with the family making memories.

No Machine Cinnamon Apple Pie Ice Cream Guide

granny apples being peeled

We will combine the flavors of brown sugar, cinnamon apple, vanilla ice cream and oatmeal cookies for this no churn ice cream recipe.

Use granny smith apples and create a compote that will both be mixed into the ice cream and a part of the ice cream base.

We will create the crust flavor with crushed oatmeal cookies. You can make them from scratch but I usually use store bought. This is one of my simple recipes!
