This recipe is not only eggless it is also no churn making it ideal for whipping up quick. It’s no secret I love making ice cream but I don’t always want to fire up the ice cream machine so I make a lot of no churn ice creams throughout the year.
This recipe is super fast and other than the chill time, it take just minutes to prepare.

How To Make Eggless No Churn Vanilla Ice Cream

This creamy ice cream is perfect as is, but it also makes a great base for adding additional flavors. You can create just about any no egg ice cream from this recipe. I will be posting some of my own versions soon but be creative and let me know what you added!
Ingredients
- 2 Cups Heavy Cream
- 1 tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract
- 14 oz. Sweetened Condensed Milk
Directions
Chill your loaf pan or freezer safe container in your freezer while preparing your ice cream.
Add your heavy cream to a mixing bowl and mix on high until stiff peaky form. It usually takes my mixer about eight minutes.
Add pure vanilla extract and sweetened condensed milk and stir until completely combined.
Pour your ice cream into your loaf pan or freezer safe container. Freeze for at least six hours, but I like to chill overnight.
Once you are ready to serve, allow your ice cream to sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping.
Add your favorite toppings, serve and enjoy!
