How To Make No Churn Ice Cream With No Heavy Cream

Ok, so this recipe is ridiculously easy! All you need are three ingredients you likely already have and just a couple tools. Prep time is fast and other than chill time, it only takes about fifteen minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 4 Cups Whole Milk (you can use lower fat milk if that’s all you have available)
  • 1 tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract

Directions

Chill your loaf pan or freezer safe container in your freezer while preparing your ice cream.

Add your pure vanilla extract, milk, and sugar to a mixing bowl. Using a stand or hand mixer, process on high until mixture is thick and creamy. Depending on mixer speed, it should take you about eight minutes.

Pour your ice cream in your loaf pan, cover and put in freezer. Stir every two to four hours and chill for at least eight hours.
