How To Make Cornstarch Free Peach Pie Filling

This recipe fills one pie and serves eight. It only take about fifteen minutes to make the filling so it’s super quick!

Ingredients

  • 5 Cups Fresh Sliced Peaches (if you don’t have fresh peaches, check my canned peaches pie recipe)
  • 1/3 Cup All-Purpose Flour or Tapioca Flour
  • 1 Tbs. Lemon Juice
  • 1 Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon

Instructions

Wash and peel your fresh peaches. Slice them into desired size.

Add flour, cinnamon, and granulated sugar to mixing bowl and stir together.

Add your peaches and lemon juice to the mixture and combine.

Now your filling is ready to go! Simply add to pie crust or other dessert and follow instructions.

Tip: When making a pie I bake at 425 degrees for 36-45 minutes.
