Easy Pumpkin Waffles With Bisquick

Easy Pumpkin Waffles With Bisquick

Quick and Simple Waffles Made with Bisquick Pancake Mix

This is the perfect simple fall breakfast waffle recipe! The pumpkin flavor is so good and it is definitely one of the most requested waffles in my house.

They offer just the right amount of sweet to be eaten on their own, or dressed up with whipped cream or any of your favorite pancake toppings.

My favorite way to serve them is with pure maple syrup, butter, and toasted walnuts. My kids like them the same with a dollop of whipped cream. My husband likes to crumble up windmill cookies with butter and syrup (it’s actually really tasty!).

How to use Bisquick to make pumpkin waffles

This recipe is super easy and quick to make. It yields six big waffles and about 12 mini waffles (the exact number depends on how big your waffle iron is). This is a large batch so if you only need a couple servings, cut the ingredients in half.

It just takes six simple ingredients and you are on your way to delicious homemade waffles. This is one of the best fall breakfast ideas I’ve found!

Start out by heating your waffle iron (follow manufacturer guidelines)

Add all your dry ingredients to a mixing bowl and combine. Now add remaining ingredients and mix by hand until well combined.

Grease your waffle iron and then fill with your waffle batter.

Cook as long as recommended in your waffle iron manual.

Repeat until all waffle batter is used.

Add favorite toppings and serve immediately.
