Everything from traditional fried, to baked donuts like this recipe. I just don’t think I will ever find a happier combination than a fresh baked donut and a cup of coffee.
If you are a coffee and strawberry fan, then this donut is probably a dream come true. Luckily, it’s not that difficult to make and it tastes so much better than most baked donuts I’ve tried.

This donut is super moist and it’s the perfect base to soak up our glaze and compliment our gorgeous fresh strawberries.
Once you have all you ingredients ready to go it’s a very simple recipe to follow.
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and grease your doughnut pan.
Begin by adding your flour, salt, baking powder, and sugar to a mixing bowl and combining it.
In a separate bowl add your vegetable oil, egg, pure vanilla extract, vinegar, and milk and whisk until well blended.
Add your flour mixture to the bowl and hand whisk until well combined. Now your donut batter is ready to bake!
Pour your batter into your donut pan (I fill mine about 3/4 full) and pop them in the oven for about 12 or 13 minutes.
While the donuts are baking slice up your strawberries and add them to your food processor. Puree them and then add your confectioners sugar. Continue to process until they form a glaze.
Pour your glaze into a bowl and when your donuts are done baking dip them in your glaze for a perfectly finished strawberry glazed donut.
