Hershey Chocolate Toffee Squares Ingredients

All you need are six simple ingredients to make this recipe. It’s incredibly affordable, and a great way to make a delicious family treat without spending a bunch of money.
Ingredient List
- Hershey Bars
- Brown Sugar
- All-Purpose Flour
- Egg Yolks
- Butter
- Vanilla Extract
Hershey Bars: Standard sized, regular Hershey bars are perfect for topping our toffee bars. I usually use six full size bars, but you can use more or less depending on how much chocolate you like.
Brown Sugar: I prefer dark brown sugar, but light works wonderfully. Dark has a more pronounced molasses flavor, which is a traditional flavor note of English toffee.
Eggs: Separate two large eggs. All we need are the yolks for this recipe.
Vanilla Extract: This adds depth to our flavor. I’ve found that almond extract also works well with this recipe if you’re looking for a change of pace.
