Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray your doughnut pans and set aside.
Put your dry ingredients in a mixing bowl and set aside.
In a different mixing bowl, add your wet ingredients and whisk by hand until well blended.
Add your dry ingredients and stir until well blended.
Fill each donut compartment of your pan about ¾ full.
Bake for 12-14 minutes. Remove when donuts are golden brown.
Allow them to cool for about five minutes and then spread your ganache frosting on each donut.
Serve or store in airtight container and enjoy!
