No Churn Vanilla Ice Cream Without Condensed Milk

  • 4 Large Pasteurized Eggs Separated
  • 1 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 3 Tbs. Heavy Cream
  • Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Tbs. Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp. Lemon Juice


  • Add egg whites to mixing bowl. With hand or stand mixer, beat your egg whites. Gradually add your granulated sugar and mix until stiff peaks form.
  • Pour into freezer safe container and set aside.
  • In separate bowl add egg yolks, lemon juice, and pure vanilla extract. Whisk by hand until well blended.
  • In separate bowl add heavy cream and mix until stiff peaks form.
  • Add yolk mixture to cream. Gently fold it in.
  • Add it to your egg white mixture and gently fold it in.
  • Cover in freezer safe dish and chill in your freezer for at least six hours.
