Microwave Pancakes

Soft and thick microwave pancakes. Perfect for when you need to cook breakfast fast or do not have a griddle available.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 2 Tbs. Salted Butter Melted
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1 tsp. Granulated Sugar
  • 4 Tbs. Vegetable Oil
  • ¾ Cup Half and Half or Milk

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, stir together your flour, baking powder, and sugar. Then add in your melted butter, egg, vegetable oil, and half and half.
    Whisk together until creamy and well blended.
    Put a sheet of your non grease paper on your microwave safe plate. Add about two tablespoons of batter on top of it.
    Place another sheet of paper on top of your batter (don't press down on it) and pour another layer of batter.
    Do this until you have four or five pancake layers.
    Pop them in the microwave and cook them for two to three minutes on high.
    Remove add toppings and enjoy!
  • Add flour, baking powder, and sugar to a mixing bowl. Stir until combined.
  • Add melted butter, egg, vegetable oil, and half and half. Whisk by hand until creamy.
  • Place a sheet of grease proof paper on microwave safe plate. Add two tablespoons of batter on paper.
  • Place another sheet of paper on batter. Add another layer of batter. Continue until you have four or five layers.
  • Microwave on high for two to three minutes.
  • Remove, add desired toppings and serve immediately.
