Edible Cookie Dough Without Sugar
Tasty on the go snack or late nigh sweet tooth craving quencher.
- 2 Tbs. Oats
- 15 oz. Chickpeas
- ⅛ Tbs. Baking Soda
- ¼ Cup Almond Butter
- 1 Tbs. Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1¼ Cups Dates pitted
- Dash Salt
- To Taste Milk
- ⅓ Cup Sugar Free Chocolate Chips
- ½ Cup Water
Pit dates and add to bowl. Cover with water and let stand for at least eight hours.
Add all ingredients except chocolate chips to food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Transfer to mixing bowl and stir in chocolate chips.
Chill for at least thirty minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
