Edible Cookie Dough Without Chocolate Chips

Simple no chocolate edible cookie dough that is perfect for snacking and topping other desserts.

  • ¾ Cup Unsalted Butter Softened
  • ½ Cup Granulated Sugar
  • ¼ Cup Brown Sugar Light or Dark
  • Cups Oats
  • 1 tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract
  • Dash Salt


  • Add oats to blender and process until they are a fine powder.
  • Add brown sugar, granulated sugar, and butter to a mixing bowl. Mix on medium until creamy.
  • Add vanilla extract, salt, and oats and mix until well combined. Mixture should be creamy.
  • Cover and chill in your refrigerator at least a half an hour.
  • Serve and enjoy.
