Classic Fudge Recipe Without Condensed Milk

  • Loaf Pan
  • Tin Foil
  • Mixing Bowl


  • ¼ Cup Whole Milk
  • 1 Cup Chocolate Chips
  • ½ Cup Confectioners Sugar
  • 8 Tbs. Butter


  • Line loaf pan in tin foil.
  • Add chocolate chips and butter to microwave safe bowl. Heat on high for thirty second increments. Stirring between heating until smooth and creamy.
  • Transfer chocolate to a mixing bowl and add flour and whole milk. Whisk until well blended.
  • Pour fudge into loaf pan and chill for at least three hours.
  • Serve and enjoy!
