  • Cups All-Purpose Flour
  • ½ tsp. Baking Soda
  • ½ Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1 tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract
  • ½ Cup Vegan Butter
  • Dash Salt


  • Add granulated sugar and vegan butter to mixing bowl and mix until creamy.
  • Add pure vanilla extract and egg and combine well.
  • Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until fully combined.
  • Dust your working area with flour and press your dough into a disk. Cover in plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • Toward the end of your 30 minutes, preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  • Add dough back to floured work area and roll it out to desired cookie thickness.
  • Cut out shapes and place cookies on parchment paper lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 9-10 minutes.
  • Cool on wire rack and decorate with desired topping.
  • Serve and enjoy!
