Easy Peach Pie Filling Without Cornstarch
Ideal for making pie and other peach desserts. Works with homemade and pre-made pie crusts.
- 5 Cups Fresh Peaches Peeled, pitted, and sliced
- ½ Cup All-Purpose Flour Or Tapioca Flour
- 1 Tbs. Lemon Juice
- 1 Cup Granulated Sugar
- ½ tsp. Cinnamon
Wash, pit, and peel your peaches. Slice to desired size.
In a mixing bowl add your flour, cinnamon, and granulated sugar and stir until combined.
Toss your peaches and lemon juice in your dry mixture and combine.
Add to pie crust or other dessert and follow your recipes cooking instructions.
- I bake this filling in a pie at 425 degrees for 36-45 minutes.
- Filling can be frozen. Store in airtight container for up to three months.
