Easy Crepes With Bisquick

  • Blender
  • Crepe Pan or Frying Pan


  • 1 Cup Bisquick
  • 1 Cup Whole Milk
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 2 Tbs. Butter


  • Add eggs, milk, Bisquick, and softened butter to blender.
  • Process for thirty seconds. Scrape down edges of blender container. Process until smooth, about ten more seconds.
  • Spray pan and bring to medium low heat.
  • Cook first side until tiny bubbles form on edges. About 1 minutes. Flip crepe.
  • Cook second side until light brown forms on bottom of crepe. About 1 minute.
  • Remove and repeat until all batter is cooked.
  • Immediately fill and serve.
