  • 2 Mixing Bowls
  • 1 Loaf Pan


  • 4 Ripe Bananas
  • 1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 5 1/2 Tbs Unsalted Butter
  • 1 Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Pinch Salt


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Peel bananas and add them to mixing bowl. Using your wooden spoon, mash them
  • In second mixing bowl, add your granulated sugar, butter, egg, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined
  • Transer mashed banana to sugar mixture and stir until well combined
  • In your now empty mixing bowl, add flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir until well combined
  • Add flour mixture to banana mixture and stir until well combined
  • Grease loaf pan and then add banana bread dough to pan
  • Bake for 55-60 minutes. Banana bread is done when you can insert skewer into the middle and it comes out clean
  • Carefully remove from oven and cool on wire rack
  • Serve and enjoy!
