  • 1 Hand Mixer or Stand Mixer
  • 2 Mixing Bowls


  • 8 oz Cream Cheese block style, room temperature
  • Cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 Cup Heavy Cream chilled
  • 1 Tbs Vanilla Extract
  • tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 pinch Salt


  • In your mixing bowl, add your cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon juice, and salt.
  • Mix on medium speed until well combined and creamy. Set aside.
  • In second mixing bowl, add your heavy cream and mix on high until stiff peaks are formed.
  • By hand, fold your whipped cream into your cream cheese mixture until evenly incorporated.
  • Use immediately and enjoy!
