1 9x5 Loaf Pan
1 Mixing Bowl
- 2 Cups Zucchini grated
- 3 Cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- ¼ tsp Baking Powder
- 2 Cups Granulated Sugar
- 3 Large Eggs
- 1 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Salt
- ½-1 Cup Raisins
- ½ Cups Walnuts optional
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
Grease your loaf pan and dust it with flour
Add eggs to mixing bowl and beat until foamy
Note: Don't over beat your eggs
Add the rest of your ingredients and stir until well combined
Pour mixture into greased loaf pan
Bake in preheated oven for 60-63 minutes
Note: Your zucchini bread is done when an inserted skewer comes out clean
Carefully remove from oven and cool on a wire rack
