  • 1 9x5 Loaf Pan
  • 1 Mixing Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups Zucchini grated
  • 3 Cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • ¼ tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 Cups Granulated Sugar
  • 3 Large Eggs
  • 1 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½-1 Cup Raisins
  • ½ Cups Walnuts optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
  • Grease your loaf pan and dust it with flour
  • Add eggs to mixing bowl and beat until foamy
  • Note: Don't over beat your eggs
  • Add the rest of your ingredients and stir until well combined
  • Pour mixture into greased loaf pan
  • Bake in preheated oven for 60-63 minutes
  • Note: Your zucchini bread is done when an inserted skewer comes out clean
  • Carefully remove from oven and cool on a wire rack
  • Serve and enjoy!
