Banana Cream Pie Using Pudding
This creamy and flavor packed banana cream pie recipe is super easy to make! From just a handful of ingredients, including instant pudding mix, you can make a wonderful banana cream pie perfect for any occasion.
1 9" Graham Cracker Pie Crust 2 Ripe Bananas sliced 8 oz Cream Cheese softened 3¼ oz Instant Vanilla Pudding 2 Cups Milk ½-1 Cup Toasted Coconut Whipped Cream optional
Slice your bananas and evenly spread them on the bottom of your graham cracker crust. Slice them about 1/4"-1/2" thick In your mixing bowl, add softened cream cheese and a half cup of milk. Mix until well blended Gradually mix in the remaining milk and your pudding mix. Be sure to mix for about 1-2 minutes on low Pour mixture into pie crust Chill in the refrigerator until set (1-2 hours) Sprinkle with coconut (and top with whipped cream if desired), serve and enjoy!
