  • 1 Hand Mixer or Stand Mixer
  • 1 Mixing Bowl


  • 8 oz Cream Cheese block style
  • 2 Cups Powdered Sugar
  • ½ Cup Butter softened
  • ½ Cup Crushed Pineapple drained, juice reserved
  • 2 Tbs Reserved Pineapple Juice


  • In your mixing bowl, add your cream cheese and softened butter
  • Mix on medium speed until your mixture is light and fluffy
  • While mixing, add your pineapple juice and gradually mix in your powdered sugar until well blended
  • Gently fold in your crushed pineapple using a spatula or wooden spoon
  • Use immediately or store in the refrigerator in an airtight container
