No Churn Nectarine Ice Cream

  • Blender
  • Mixer
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Pot (for blanching nectarines)


  • 14 oz. Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 Cups Heavy Cream
  • 1 tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 5 Ripe Nectarines


  • Peel, take out pits and chop 2 nectarines. Peel, take out pits, and dice remaining nectarines.
  • Add chopped nectarines, pure vanilla extract, and sweetened condensed milk to blender and process until well mixed.
  • Put heavy cream in mixing bowl and mix until stiff peaks form.
  • Add nectarine mixture to heavy cream and fold it until well blended.
  • Place in freezer and chill for thirty minutes.
  • Remove from freezer and add diced nectarines. Fold until evenly distributed.
  • Put ice cream in freezer safe container and freeze for at least six hours.
  • Serve and enjoy!
