Peel, take out pits and chop 2 nectarines. Peel, take out pits, and dice remaining nectarines.
Add chopped nectarines, pure vanilla extract, and sweetened condensed milk to blender and process until well mixed.
Put heavy cream in mixing bowl and mix until stiff peaks form.
Add nectarine mixture to heavy cream and fold it until well blended.
Place in freezer and chill for thirty minutes.
Remove from freezer and add diced nectarines. Fold until evenly distributed.
Put ice cream in freezer safe container and freeze for at least six hours.
Serve and enjoy!
